New Book Offers Anti-Stress Secrets
Linda McCarthy Ph.D., is the co-author of a new book that encompasses all areas of health. The Wellness Code comprises a comprehensive, easy-to-follow, how-to guide that promises to enhance the reader’s mind, body and spirit. McCarthy poses the question, “Did you know that stress can age you internally and externally by as much as seven years?”
The book is a compilation of many experts that believe that healthy bodies and healthy minds are the key foundation to cracking The Wellness Code. Because there are many different routes to wellness, depending upon one’s own unique situation, chapters focus on nutrition, diet and exercise, physical and mental health, medical consideration, career wellbeing and healthy habits.
With a practice in Scottsdale, McCarthy is a board-certified life strategies coach and metaphysical counselor who specializes in emotional health and wellness. She has been involved in the study of mind-body medicine for more than 20 years, teaching her clients to identify emotional blocks, reframe their patterns of behavior and begin to eliminate what is holding them back.
