Stretch Your Way to Wellness: The Stretch-ID muscle imbalance identification system provides advanced stretching for correction and realignment of musculoskeletal imbalance, in Gilbert
David J. Castro offers a free Stretch-ID class at 4:45 p.m., every Tuesday, at Innovative Primary Care, in Gilbert. The Stretch-ID muscle imbalance identification system provides advanced stretching for correction and realignment of musculoskeletal imbalance.
The first step is posture calibration and structural analysis, which determine precisely which muscles need to be balanced and stretched. Next, a customized action plan is implemented, using state-of-the-art measuring tools, trigger-point release techniques and corrective stretching. This optimizes flexibility, corrects posture, prevents injury and reduces aches and pains. The first session includes a general health appraisal, surgical history evaluation, structural calibration and muscle testing.
