Gluten Free Creations Bakery Opens Third Location

Expanding their accessibility for those with food allergies and intolerances, Gluten Free Creations Bakery has opened a third location at 10880 North 32nd Street, Suite 39, in Phoenix. They offer cakes, cinnamon rolls, breads and many other delicious desserts and baked goods that are all natural, gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy and/or egg-free.
 

Co-founder LynnRae Ries, who is gluten-intolerant, a holistic health consultant, author, baker and speaker on the gluten-free lifestyle, has contributed widely to a variety of gluten-free activities, functions and groups for the past 13 years. She has authored three books in the gluten-free industry and developed a gluten-free cooking club/school in Arizona that provided classes and seminars on cooking and baking wheat-free, gluten-free and free of common food allergens.
