Free Holistic Health Fair in Cave Creek

The Center for Evolved Movement will stage a free holistic health fair from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., November 1, in Cave Creek. Wellness gurus will enlighten the community about the many natural therapies available to serve individual health and wellness needs. Visitors may learn about and experience firsthand Pilates and Movement Therapy, Structural Integration Therapy, Electro Lymphatic Therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, holistic nutrition counseling and spirit-inspired life coaching.

For individuals seeking alternative and holistic treatments for disease and pain or to achieve optimal health, private presentations will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. A panel discussion on self-care and what that really means will go from 7:30 to 8 p.m. The last 30 minutes may be used to visit individual booths and speak to practitioners personally.

Complimentary healthy food and beverages will be served, and a free raffle to win a free service with one of the skilled practitioners will be conducted.
