FoodSense A to Z Creates Wellness Expo January 5

Health & Wellness Connection 2014—Learn Well, Be Well, Live Well, will be presented by Sharon Madsen, owner of FoodSense A to Z, in Phoenix, from noon to 5 p.m., January 5, 2014, at the Baisch & Skinner Wholesale Design Showroom. Valley residents of all ages will have the opportunity to attend presentations by local experts and learn about area resources. The forum will feature interactive educational sessions, an extensive exhibit area, door prizes, giveaways and entertainment.

According to Madsen, a popular nutritional consultant and Western herbalist, “This event is dedicated to promoting wellness through education and to help people connect to the exciting resources we have in our own backyard.” A portion of the proceeds will benefit ReAwaken, a nonprofit that provides workshops, resources and emotional care to help women overcome the challenges of life’s obstacles.
