A Mindfulness Life Center Makes Fulfillment Affordable

To celebrate its recent opening, A Mindfulness Life Center, in Scottsdale, is offering $79 pricing for all regular classes, including unlimited yoga, or $29 for unlimited yoga classes, during July.

A Mindfulness Life Center is a safe, open-hearted community for those seeking less stress and greater fulfillment in their everyday lives, bringing together masters in the healing arts and various disciplines to provide a holistic range of modalities, treatments and education. Class offerings feature mindfulness, yoga, meditation, qigong, tai chi, spirituality and much more.

Hero Yoga is a popular class that helps heal issues associated with military, law enforcement, medical, firefighting or other high-stress professions. Veterans and active military personnel receive 10 percent off any classes. Mindfulness for Kids is another class that provides simple, engaging meditations and movement for children of all ages.
