mod-i-fy Yoga Has It All

mod--fy is a new, eco-friendly lifestyle center located at 4164 North Marshall Way, along the art walk in Old Town Scottsdale. Their slogan is, “Renew, Enlighten and Empower at Modify!” The center was created by Maggie Carvalho with a vision to combine all things healing and wellness-promoting, with a spa/salon, yoga studio and café (opening soon).

Carvalho is an-eco friendly hair stylist, yoga instructor and green enthusiast herself. Hairdresser Lorina Quigley just joined the team, coming from A LOR A Organic Studio, offering natural/organic hair services. Quigley is also a Reiki master who does transformational energy healing.

mod-i-fy offers makeup, lash extensions, spray tan and full esthetic services done by Adriana Fontes. Lorel Stevens is the massage therapist, offering Reiki and reflexology, and she is also a certified yoga instructor who heads up lunchtime classes on Tuesday and Fridays.

The yoga studio offers classes Monday through Saturday with a wide range of styles including basic, mixed level, restorative, yoga nidra, gong meditation and others.
