Gluten-Free and Allergen-Friendly Expo January 17

The Gluten Free Media Group is holding the second annual Phoenix Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo on January 17 at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa. The Expo will allow attendees to sample hundreds of gluten-free products, and they will also have the chance to meet food manufacturers, authors and bloggers.

The event is designed for the celiac community and those with gluten sensitivities, autoimmune/inflammatory diseases and autism. Athletes and the health conscious can also benefit from the Expo. Allergen-savvy health care practitioners will be available to answer medical questions. Guests can attend free lectures and connect with gluten- and allergen-free restaurants, associated nonprofits and more.

All vendors are 100 percent gluten-free, and many also showcase products free of the top eight allergens: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy and wheat. The Expo also offers personal care products, vitamins and supplements and green household cleaning alternatives.
