Embrace Your Journey

The Embracing Your Journey Expo, hosted by Robin Selby and Erin McNamara, of Purple Lotus Productions, will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., September 18, in the Anasazi Ballroom at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. There will be raffle prizes every hour.

The Expo is designed to introduce visitors to concepts and possibilities they may never have seen elsewhere, with unique options and alternatives. They are encouraged to explore and think outside the box and to discover their own gifts on the path to wellness, well-being and peace.

Wellness practitioners will be offering reflexology and massage, nutritional education and ayurveda. Participants can learn about yoga and essential oils and experience a gong meditation. Energy workers are available to align their chakras or offer energy healings including reiki. Coaches, readers and intuitives can connect attendees with their own guidance to advise and help solve problems and issues which are undermining one’s peace of mind. Items of beauty and comfort are available to help create a sanctuary at home.
