Nutrition Expert Steven Acuff Offers Nutritional Advice
Idaho native Steven Acuff, author of a new book, Eating the Wu Way—For a Longer Healthier Life, will share his knowledge gained over 45 years in 27 countries of studying food for health practices based on the teachings of Huangdi, the founder of Taoism. He will present a lecture, Foods for Anti-Aging, at 7 p.m., December 2, at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA).
Acuff will also conduct a seminar on facial and body diagnosis and healing foods based on a combination of Oriental traditions and German naturopathic healing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., December 3, and 12:30 to 6 p.m., December 4, at The Summit Lighthouse, in Tudor Plaza, with lunches by a professional health cook.
