Popular Holistic, Wellness and Metaphysical Event Returns September 23

Reconnect, reenergize and revitalize at the next Embracing Your Journey Expo, produced by Purple Lotus Productions, on Saturday, September 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at a new venue: the New Vision Center for Spiritual Living, in Phoenix. There will be more than 30 holistic, wellness and metaphysical vendors; free self-care lectures; a labyrinth walk; raffle prizes; and more.

The four lectures—free to expo attendees with general admission tickets—are: “Ignite Your Inner Gifts Through Energetic Mastery,” at 11 a.m., presented by well-known author and TV host Angel Marie Monachelli; “Tips on Increasing Your Energy,” at 12:30 p.m., with Michelle Heather; “The Sacred Art of Anointing: Creating Fluidity Between Heaven and Earth,” presented by Katie Shell; and “A Journey of Forgiving and Loving One-Self,” at 3:30 p.m., with medium Christopher Mendez.
